Maintenance Management

All Fire Detection and Alarm Systems require routine Maintenance as detailed in Section 6 of BS5839 Part 1:2002. The user of the Fire System has an obligation to ensure the correct operation and effectiveness of the System at all times.

Swithland operates independently of all System suppliers, Contractors and Manufacturers, and can therefore provide an unbiased review of your Maintenance requirements and the processes that drives it.

Swithland can also provide Tender specifications for End Users and formulate Tender submissions for potential Maintainers.

Our flexible approach to Maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems allows us to provide a comprehensive service that both meets and satisfies the needs of current standards.
